Terms and Conditions

1. Service Agreement: By engaging Elite Bed Making for housekeeping services, the client agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Services Provided: Elite Bed Making will provide housekeeping services as agreed upon, including but not limited to bed making, cleaning, and additional services specified in the agreement.

3. Scheduling and Access: The client agrees to provide access to the property at the scheduled times for housekeeping services. Any changes to the schedule must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

4. Client's Responsibilities: The client agrees to maintain a safe and secure environment for housekeepers. The client is responsible for informing Elite Bed Making about any special requirements or conditions related to the property.

5. Payment and Invoicing: Payment terms and rates are specified in the service agreement. Invoices will be issued weekly, and payment is due within 10 days for agents and homeowners, prior to the service provided for guests. Prices are subject to change without notice.

If the account isn't finalized within 30 days after the due date - 

Balances below $1,000 will incur a $25 fee per invoice - Balances over $1,000 will incur a 5% fee. 

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of $50.

7. Confidentiality: Elite Bed Making and its employees will treat all client information and property details as confidential. Any sensitive information discovered during housekeeping services will not be disclosed to third parties.

8. Damages and Liability: While Elite Bed Making exercises great care, the client is responsible for notifying Elite Bed Making of any damages or issues within 24 hours after the service. Elite Bed Making is not liable for pre-existing damages or loss of items.

9. Termination of Services: Either party may terminate services with 48 hours notice. Elite Bed Making reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the case of non-payment or violation of the terms outlined herein.

10. Governing Law: This agreement is governed by the laws of Australian courts. Any disputes will be resolved through negotiation or, if necessary, legal proceedings in the appropriate jurisdiction.

By engaging Elite Bed Making, the client acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
